Ok Go. Literally!
Ok, its time. Time to start full out planning a wedding. I cannot tell you how excited I am. You may ask, “Why are you just now getting started? Your wedding is in APRIL, APRIL!” Fair, fair question.
Well I’ve gotten all the big details covered: Dress, Location (ceremony & reception), Chair/tent rental, Photographer(ceremony & reception), Videographer(ceremony only), DJ(reception), Flowers (my bouquet only), Tuxes(ceremony only). I’ve gotten a outline for the rest of it. So after I finished up most of that stuff, about a week ½ ago, I had to focus on something else—MOVING.
Matt and I will be moving in/living together after we get married. Duh! Well with leases expiring soon, apartments available now, and decisions to be made quickly, we made a decision. We like my apartment complex and have decided to move into a bigger unit. They had one available at the end of January and I decided to jump. This past weekend was spent moving my stuff down the stairs, across the sidewalk (literally in the building across from me) and up the stairs to the new apt. (I get 2 whole bedrooms to myself for about 3 months.) Whoo-hoo! What can I say, we plan in advance. Trying to pack and move really cramps wedding planning! So I literally packed up a box, labeled it wedding, and put it away for about 2 weeks. With stuff is mainly in its place and semi-organized, I’m ready to get down to business and enjoy planning all the small details of the wedding, starting with the ceremony itself!
